• Pet Fee (Non-refundable): $500.00 per Pet 

• Pet Rent: $35.00 per Month/Pet 

• Weight Limit: 30 Lbs Combined Weight 

• Limit 2 Pets per Apartment 

• Age: 1 Year or Older for Dogs & 6 Months or Older for Cats

• Breed Restrictions Apply
